This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and replacements may be processed.

 

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

Due to the specialized and industrial nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

 

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item)

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

 

All returned items must be:

 

  • unused

  • in original condition

  • in original packaging

 

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

 

  • Custom-made or specially configured products

  • Used or installed equipment

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or installation

  • Items returned without prior authorization

 

 

3. Return Authorization

 

Before returning any product, you must contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA).

 

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

 

4. Refunds

 

Refunds are issued only if:

 

  • The returned item is approved after inspection

  • The issue meets the eligibility criteria

 

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

 

 

5. Replacements

 

In case of defective or damaged products, ATMAS may offer:

 

  • Replacement of the item

  • Repair of the product

  • Alternative solution depending on the situation

 

 

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

 

  • If the return is due to a defect or company error, ATMAS will cover return shipping costs

  • In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping

 

 

7. Inspection and Claims

 

To process a claim, please provide:

 

  • clear photos of the product and packaging

  • description of the issue

  • order details

 

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

 

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

ATMAS is not responsible for:

 

  • damages caused by improper installation or use

  • indirect or consequential losses

  • delays caused by third-party carriers
